First you sign up! Then I contact you.
After we discuss your goals, I create your work out plan, meal plan, and send it all to you. This process takes a couple of days. Your personalized plan will be created based on your goals, whether that be losing weight,  gaining muscle, gaining strength, etc.


MEAL PLANS
You will be given a strict calorie budget to follow with a variety of meal options. They are all budget friendly, time savers, and within your calorie budget. They will look something like this-

WORK OUT PLANS

If your wanting to lose weight to get shredded or just to trim down, you will be supplied with a diet and work out routine that will get you where you need to be. I'll ask you a variety of questions like work out history, health concerns, physical capabilities, etc. I'll send you templates of your work out plan, and they'll look something like this-

GYM SESSIONS

As a Muscle Up Coaching client, you will have access to one free gym session with me a month. This session is strongly recommended and is a variable in executing your goals. If you do want to have any other gym sessions with me as a client, you have all sessions half off. If you are not a monthly paying client, but only want gym sessions, they will be full price every session. In these sessions, we will follow a pre-written program, and I will critique every exercise, every rep, and every set you do. The goal will be to optimize your work out, optimize the knowledge you gain, and prepare you to do better than last time.

WEEKLY CHECK-INS

Every week as a Muscle Up Coaching client, you be required to send your weight, a shirtless picture, only if you're comfortable, and I will put it down in your personalized data sheet. Every day, at the end of the day, you will be required to send how many calories you ate, how intense your work out was, whether you felt weak, strong, etc.
